I changed up the low carb to bring in more fat snd lower my protein. trying for more calories as well to hit my BMR, I think it was too low. This is my usual trend, though...loss big, then up, down, up, down for a couple weeks, then another big loss. I'm right on track and happy with the results.
134.0 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 54.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week
