:( yesterday, even though I couldn't somehow record it, I was 331 and so so pumped......today I am barely hanging on to 335!! how can I gain this much back overnight?? the scale is all over the place still. and I am so down again. even walked yesterday as best I could with my illness. then I read articles that all say different things.....so confusing and upsetting.....like our meat are laced with hormones and antibiotics and our veggies and fruit are loaded with hormonal toxic pesticides!!! and just add to belly fat.......well all I know is I was so frustrated and I just said to heck with the slim-fast today (I couldn't face another bottle so far today) I am taking a day where I eat more what I want and still try to keep calories not too bad. it is only 3:21 on a Sunday afternoon......I am exhausted from another rough night....my heart seems to be racing at times since I started cutting back on carbs and so on. I love the slim-fast but I am not really following their full program cause I am just to hungry at my weight. this is going to be a very very long journey.....I miss having all the support I got when I was on herbal magic....they allow you in as much as you need with one on one counsel but I cant afford it and I couldn't stick to it after I quit going. I need a nap.....and to shut my brain off and avoid the scale maybe!!
