Out of town for a few days to the coast. Didn't go crazy on food...but took in different foods. My body seems to respond well to a very consistent diet. Good thing I have no passion for cooking...and keeping it simple works for me...haha! Hoping for some green arrows this week!
62.3 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
