So I have been slacking on my diet all year, in 2008 I was 215 lbs! and I NEVER want to go there again. I needed the break from the diet and with how stressful things were going I drank allot more beer and really quit caring. I can't do that again I started gaining weight but I am going to nip this. I had vacation and now it is time to get back to a healthy life style. Why I failed when I was sooooo close to my goal? I don't know, it seems I always sabotage myself. But on the bright side before I went off the deep end I was at a pretty big Plataea and in my years of dieting every time I take off and gain a few pounds when I get back on I lose 2x as fast.
