I'm back.

Have been still on the plan the whole time I was absent from the site. Just in a long stall. Hoping to bust it soon.

Back on here to make sure my carb counts are what i think they are.

I am happy to see that my buddies are doing well in approaching their weight loss goals.

131.5 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 29.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
