I weighed myself again this morning and it said I lost another pound. I don't want to record it in case it's wrong. I'm really pleased with the weight loss I've had during induction but I'm scared that I'll become obsessed with weighing myself and if I'm not going sdown as fast then I'll become de-motivated. I have to congratualte myself thogh, as weekends are usually a nightmare for me. Last night I was really craving something sweet to eat because it was Satruday night. I got though it though!
YAY me.

Remember that the majority of weight loss during Induction is water weight. Go ahead and record it.
I'd advise you to weigh once a week after Induction. Your weight loss will slow down greatly after Induction (2 weeks, no matter how long you stay on Induction), so once a week is good feedback.
