Damn!!!! CF class was hard this morning! Struggled my hiny off!
Strength/Skill:
5 x 3 Front squats (@70% of 1RM) I did 25kg. 5 x ME Ring Chin-ups (I did ring rows, as I cannot do chin-ups yet)
WOD: 4 rounds (17 minute cap)
400 m run 45 m sled pushes 10 box jumps (over)
I sucked at the sled pushes, it was just super difficult!! I only got to finish 3 rounds, & start with my 4th round, but it felt like I did 10 rounds.
