I try not to weigh myself at the end of the month. I am usually 5lb or more heavier. However, I started a detox today and wanted the weight. It will be difficult for me to measure whether it was a success or failure unless I drop below 140lb within the next 7 days. Hope so. I haven't broken the 140 mark yet. I've been bouncing between 140 and 150 for a while. I think that some of it might be water weight - as I can lose or gain 5lb in a single day.

68.9 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
