Survived Thanksgiving without too much damage. I feel better and think I am losing inches but the weight is not coming off. I think I am gaining far more muscle than fat coming off.
106.1 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
