bknnya gak peduli dgn angka timbangan tp skrg lg ngebentuk otot lumayan leg, arms, and booty udah kebentuk sisa abs nya 😭😭😭 susahnya mlm ini gak kuat ngeliat msakan warung pangkep jd khilaf dh mkn nasi putih pdahal da lamaaaa karbonya dganti kentang, bwt absku maaf dirirku hilaf 😭😭😭 nyesel
