I made it through Thanksgiving. We are having our dinner tomorrow though so I hope I have the strength to make it through without a big weight gain. Will power is what it is all about.
126.0 kg Lost so far: 19.6 kg.    Still to go: 60.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
