I won't say I am not disappointed that I am up this week, but my daily weigh ins show me a day, or at most two, away from a Whooosh. My trend weight has me down this week and I am still well below my target path. This week has been difficult as I have O/D'd on Carbs and as a result I have been a bit hungry and this has led to me eating right out to my RDI. I am, however, still in deficit for the week. Today is also going to be a monster. We are taking my daughter and her husband for dinner and drinks this evening, a delayed birthday treat, so I expect to be well up today. I didn't get much of a walk this morning, but I am not too worried. Today is washing day, with all the associated stairs, then an hour dance lesson followed by a supermarket shop, so I will get a load of exercise.

Any young man who has ever fumbled to get a bra strap unhooked has no idea what it is like to try and unhook three, from each other, and from frilly knickers. Washing day. Ouch.

Your weight is only a tiny bit up. Nothing to worry about. You made me laugh about the bra hooks! Time to buy some washing bags I think. You can buy a whole set of different sizes, cheaply, on Amazon. I use them all the time for delicates.

Weight isn't everything, I know. My belt now slips effortlessly into the last hole, the strap in my Fitbit is two holes up from when I first got it, and last night I was lying on my back, before falling off to sleep, and I could feel my Sternum, just below my skin. For a spell now, when I lie on my back, and my "puddins" relax, I have been easily able to feel the bottom sharp edge of my ribcage, but this was something I hadn't felt in such detail.

It's great when you can feel the difference, isn't it? I can feel that I've lost fat on my back, of all places. Nowhere else, just my back - lol!

Have fun with the laundry steps, dancing and shopping today! Great exercise! Enjoy your birthday party tonight! Glad you were able to unhook the bra from the panties. Hee! Hee! I can picture this in my mind. Too funny!
