This is my 3rd week of diet. I had substantial weight drop the first 2 weeks. So, I knew from experience the 3rd week my body would stall. This is normal. So, I'm not deterred the least bit. I am still maintaining a steady cal intake that is well below my RDI as well as daily exercise.
