How can I break the candy (sugar) cycle?
122.3 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week

I found the only way for me was COLD TURKEY! Even a little bit made me want more more more. I AM one of those people that uses artificial sweetener and have not had a problem so far but I know for some it can cause cravings also...

Try eating the good carbs, and when desperate some fresh fruit! Buckwheat is good for stabilizing blood sugar.

for me cold turkey..sugar addict..love chocolate..best thing you can do is set up food journal an track sugar as well...you can then see what to cut.

Cold turkey! Fight the cravings for a few days and you should be golden.
