Here's the deal. I have 5 months. That's five months until my next D.O.T. physical which, because I 've had heart surgery, must include a stress test. If I pass the future is clear; must wear shades. If I fail it means the end of my business; everything. It's an incredible stressor that I go through every year. No immediate worries though. My heart always tests out fine; wonderful even. Doc says he's fine with me running a marathon if I want to run it. Nevertheless, here I am five months out. My weight is incredibly high and I need to get serious. Today, I'm restarting my diet with a full fast. What I do tomorrow is unwritten as of yet, but my bow is to log/plan all my food before I start the day and then follow my plan. That's the only thing that seems to work for me. If ya read this far, thanks for your time and your support. Here we go! :-)
