One pf the disadvantages of daily weigh-ins is that you can think you're losing ground when weight yesterday was less than weight today, but having done this before, I keep in mind that it's the trend that matters. There's no way to gain weight if you're burning more than you're eating. Salt intake, big volume supper, etc. will temporarily increase your weight. No biggie.

Carolyn and I decided to help Roberta split and stack firewood this weekend instead of hiking. It's called weight training, it's free, and it builds muscle...which burns more fat. Besides, it helps Roberta get her wood in. Yay!
