OK, starting to look better, getting back on track. I did allow myself 1 piece of candy last night, but was good and stopped at just 1!
My self-control was tested, however, because I didn't eat soon enough. I found myself at the grocery store at 7:15, without having had dinner. So I got a rotisserie chicken and gobbled up quite a bit, skin and all. The chicken is allowed on the diet, but not with skin!
Will try to get dinner in me (healthy with veggies) earlier tonight.
