So ashamed I gained I didn't even want to write anything down. Isn't that stupid. Just because I didn't write it down doesn't mean it didn't happen.
I'm still really having trouble in the evening. I've tried drinking more water when I want something - but it just keeps me getting up during the night to ue the bathroom.
71.7 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
