I went on an all inclusive vacation in Feb. and gained 8 lbs and have been trying to lose it ever since. I had a seizure in March so have not been able to be very active. :-(

59.0 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg. Still to go: 2.7 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Gaining 0.1 kg a Week
