Not going to freak about the added pound. I did consume more carbs yesterday as well as a glass of alcohol. I am not much of a drinker at all so it is a rarity for me. I'll be looking at the average of the past 7 days for my weekly loss for sure.
62.4 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
