Got through my first week of alternate day fasting. I read about it years ago and remember thinking hmmm that makes a good case for itself maybe I will try it, but never did and forgot about it. Then on here I was reading something and someone commented about a good youtube channel called butter bob. So I checked it out, learned more about alternate day fasting again and thought hmmm he makes a good case Im doing it. So I did and on my eat days I go low carb (well yesterday was a eat day and I kinda bombed it on beer but it didnt hurt the scale) Anyhow I had one day were it felt a little painful and I was moody and asked the family not to eat around me. Only one day though the rest was easier than I thought, heck I wasnt hungry on my eat days but ate anyway. Suffering from a very few side effects like headaches and laziness but I think that will go away soon. So week one down and I actually feel like I could do this! To the ladies- now the only thing im worried about is my beast mode "28th day" munchies, need for sweets, aches and pains, I hate the world and moodiness lol when that time comes and I get through that hell week it will be a miracle.
