Woooooooo! this going alot slower than all the other times i started losing weight again. i think because im doing it in a healthy way this time :) or it could be bc i have pd and my body is being a butthead and holding on to every ounce of anything.
91.9 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
