Another little drop, which is good news. I say little drop as 0.2 of a kilo seems little. It's nearly half a pound though, which is not to be sniffed at, and in line with my average drop of half a pound or so a week.
Have been struggling to eat properly with all the show preps going on. I know come the weekend I will have fasted most of the three days. That's ok, I don't get hungry, but it's not a great approach to weight loss I don't think.
I am so looking forward to life after the show! So may things have been put off till '...after the show...'. Trouble is, I am usually absolutely wiped out I hit the ground running and don't stop for three days, and that's after weeks of prep ahead of it.
Still, I'm not grumbling. It's good to get out and meet customers and teach folks to spin and infect them with my passion :D
