You have lost 51 pounds! Why would you let anything deter you from getting to goal. If you look at your diet calendar, it's says you have been going back and forth between eating poorly and reasonably well. That will make you yo-yo around the same few pounds. If you want to get those last pounds off (and they can be the hardest), you need to get on program 100%. Stay consistent! Give yourself a kick and get motivated. Look at all you have accomplished. Kick up your exercise plan. Get active! You can do it!!!
