terrible cold and bronchitis really shut me down exercise wise, although I have been keeping up with weights every other day. I am trying to eat MORE....little meals every 3 hours and getting better at it. FOUnd some amazing clean recipes online that my family loves! Been watching quantity too. I am still sneaking a cookie or a hunk of cheese now and again. Need to really institue a cheat day and buckle down for the week!
76.2 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
