Good day today, hit the gym at 7:00 on Saturday! Did 30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes weights. I set up an appointment with a trainer. Went out for dinner last night, did reasonably well, did not really want that 3rd glass of wine. Had been wine free all week, no Diet Coke either. Back on track today. Got my Biggest Loser Scale in the mail and my calorie books.
107.7 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
