WHATTT I am going into shock right now. I've gain 6 lbs. overnight, I know I cheated a little yesterday,but this is just absolutely insane. I pray it's just the water retained from eating ham and beans. Maybe it was the cortisone shot,lol. I just cannot believe it! Hopefully I can work up a good sweat today and get rid of this.

Water retention can be an absolute beast!! Hoping that it's gone for you soon. I know it generally takes me a couple days but we're all different. Hope the heel is feeling better as well!

Thank you Vickie 5966. I have felt miserable all day,think there might be a stomach thing going round. Heel is doing a little better,hopefully I will be able to go on my walks. Walking is a great mood elevator, when I can't do to much I can feel depression coming on. Take care.
