Doctors office weight 184.6. March 29, 2016. Starting new diet and exercise on April 8th. Day after grocery shopping so I can get the right food for detox and lower calorie foods. Will have test results by then also. THE NEXT STAGE OF MY LIFE STARTS APRIL 8TH.
83.7 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
