ok, weekend and spring break are here. I'm going to do my best to stick to the 21 day plan for eating but I can't say that I'll do it well as we have dinner plans out at a friends and a family dinner and birthday celebration this weekend. I did manage to get on the treadmill to walk/jog 3 miles in 46 minutes. Its slow but its a start. I want to be able to jog a whole 3 miles in 35 minutes by the end of june so I can join a friend in a wine 5k. I need incentive so the wine is the incentive! Plus being able to say that I finally ran a 5k, not walked. There is nothing wrong with walking but for myself I want to be able to say I ran at least once in my life!
