Congratulations on losing nearly 46 pounds in a bit over 7 months! That's fantastic! Don't get caught up with this slight uptick and lose sight of your wonderful work thus far. This "blip" could even be normal daily variation and nothing at all to worry about. You're losing at a rate of over 6 pounds per month!!! Even though you're doing just great, I'd still recommend getting back to logging in ALL your food, EVERY day just so you can look back and see if some change in diet became problematic for you. For myself, I THINK I can remember what I ate yesterday, or last week, or last month, but it's sometimes surprising when you actually see it in print. Keep your chin up - you're doing great.

Sandra, you have done soooo well. Today could be most likely a normal fluctuation. I am basically only recording my lowest weight now. My weight-loss is really slow due to age and activity level. I would get discouraged if I recorded the up variations. Like you, I am sticking to the program, so I know it is working. So today Sandra, lift your head high and rejoice in your success. You go girl!

Thank you both I needed that and yes you are right I really need to key in my food daily no matter what so starting today I am going back on track with tracking everything thank you for the encourgment:)
