Yesterday it was 162.4, but I had decided to weigh today. *sigh* But going in the right direction even with the usual fluctuations.

OTOH, the pastries in the break room are smelling more amazing than usual this morning. I think it is the winter darkness making yeasty, cinnamon smells seem esp. appealing. So I'm not walking down that hall for at least a few hours so that the rugalach at least will be gone and I can resist the rest.
73.9 kg Lost so far: 25.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
