My bad... i 'overindulged' over the weekend.... not only is my weight up, but I feel more listless.
lesson learned...
but on the brighter side, my neighbor scott and I went shooting on sunday (after moose breakfast, damn homemade biscuit...EVIL, but sooo good) and before the rains opened up i got 4 cyilnders (24 shots)on target (cap and ball black powder rotating through 2 spare and preloaded cylinders).
I was really pumped up to go out...will dig out the shoots from the box (it was packed with old parts catalogues) to recover the lead for remelting/moulding, check penetration for the load we where using (15 grain GOEX FFFG black powder from .44 cal civil war revolvers).
but there was the rub, getting caught up doing something, I go and go without stopping to eat, then when I get done I starving! and end up gorging on basically crud...and I pay the price (weight up, lethargic, etc).
