I have tried so hard the past weekend to not let myself be tempted by all the carbs.
It was useless, and this is the consequence.
I feel a little discouraged, but today is a new day.
And this morning I started all over again.
120 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 25 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I began with fat secret since june 2015. I have stopped for several months and did nothing to control my weight. I began again this year on the 20th of januari 2016. For me the weight counting is the one at weigh in the 20th of januari 2016. The wieght is: 121.8 kilo. Today with ups and downs I am 119.7 kilo. I will keep on tracki this time.
