yesterday I felt really sick. I had a bad headache and the pain made me very nausous! I think it was because I didn't wheen myself off of sugar and caffine. Hopefully today won't be as bad!

52.4 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg. Still to go: 4.8 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

Stick with it. If the pain gets too bad try some ibuprofen. I find it works quite well on my headaches and it usually is not mixed with caffiene like aspirin or acetominiphin (Tylenol).

drink your water and think dilute dilute dilute. Can you go get a massage? Take a steam? Hope you feel better soon and hang in there!

Drink lots of water and try to just take today slow. I had the detox headache my 2nd day doing FF. I used to get them a lot. I am happy to say that my last headache was the detox one!! 4 months later..no headaches!
