Scale at a stall again, but inches still coming off!
Chest-45", Waist-40, Hips-45.25, Thigh-27.5", Calf-19", Arm-15.75"
....that's a 1.75" loss, all in the waist and hips!
111.4 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 34.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
