Yeah, I just love this work out. I've done both 21 day fix and Body Beast...and this is actually a great combination. I think I'm going to start a challenge group or something if anyone is interested. Equipment wise, Bands and a few barbells will do the job. They show how to modify the moves if you don't have a bench or pull up bar. I have bowflex select tech barbells and they just work perfectly.
