Ok went out last night and had a bit too much liquid fun so I'm taking the day off from working out. So I slept in but 4:45 am will be here soon enough and workouts will resume
81.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
