Traveled last week, did pretty well the first part of the week, but not so great the last two days. And was so tired when I got home I didn't walk at all yesterday (first full day home).
89.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
