Not weighing in till last day of challenge. Started w/ whopping 38" waist & 160 lbs. Grrrrrr sometime I hate the fact that I can't manipulate this diary any better. So for Today, 3/3/16, I went to work at cinequest. Lotsa walking, standing, but most of all contact with people. I've got to be dropping some weight, but I'm not gonna cheat & get on scale to see. Today's foods were spot on!!
No weight loss that I know of yet. BUT lowered my systolic bp by 20 & approx 1" off most abd measurments. Ok, I went off iron pills & diuretics ama, but don't tell my Doc. Feeling so much energy & I'm recovering quite quickly from my anemia bouts.
