Absolutely excited to get this 0.9kg drop!
My weight is now officially in the 105's at 105.5kg!!! I'm only 0.5kg away from smashing my 105kg goal :D :)
On Saturday the food I consumed included a burger and chips at Mugg & Bean and on Sunday I had a KFC Burger, chips, kit-kat milkshake, 3 pieces of chicken and then went to milky lane and had the Bar-One/Peppermint Swirl ice cream. I am mentioning what I ate on the weekend to emphasize that I am achieving weight/fat loss without giving up some of the guilty pleasures of life :)
