I was busy driving all weekend but I stuck to the diet! I'm so happy! I'm sure it's water weight but it's proving to me that it's starting to work!
100.6 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 28.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
