Had lunch at some friends house. Am rather proud that I didn´t drin at all (just water nd lots of it) BUT DID NOT RESIST THE CHEESE! It is actually the first time I eat fat chesses in almost sixty days... But at least didn´t eat too much of it. I ate a little before I went to help resist tmptations and it worked to some extent. Chesse has always been my greatest sin and is responsible for 70 % of my health problem... But fortunately lunch was baked fish and uimoa salad... I ignored rice and potatoes... Lets see the result tomorrow. I decided the weight I register will be the first in the morning. This morning was a bit more encouraging since the scale registered a 0,5 weight loss. Did a lot of walking, although a bit too slowly because of the friend who accompanied me. I also took something to help me clean my bowels and htere was quite a lot to excreet... After that, I weghed mysel again and it seemed I had lost aother 700 grams! But will not count on that until tomorrow morning.
