Wouldn't normally weigh myself again until next Friday, but I felt so depressed yesterday and I somehow felt "leaner" this morning.

And there you go! Remember, a week, even two weeks, isn't cause for alarm or even necessarily cause for change - it may try our patience, but sometimes bodies just need to do what they need to do on the way down!
