150 lbs , I have lost 38 lbs.. I now power walk 5 miles every day I can..also just started push ups and squats...size 10 but can fit in a size 8 but I have some belly fat that wants to hang over the size 8 waistline...that's why I do the sit ups. But I'm thankful for the weight loss.

68.0 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
