Didn't eat great yesterday, but I just think the increase is temporary! We made our weekly meals, which makes it so easy to eat right. Spinach pie and lentil soup for lunches this week, yum!
55.3 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 5.1 kg a Week

what is lentil soup?

Veggies, it's delicious. I make about 1/2 of a stock pot. In pot add 1 T oil, sautee onion, some garlic and any color pepper, I normally use green just b/c it's cheaper. Add whatever else you want! I put carrots, and celery. Add chicken broth, should be 1/2 the pot. Add about 1/3 bag of lentils, let simmer until lentils are done. My friend makes this and they put a can of tomatoes in, but I didn't like it that way. They also sometimes take 1 cup of the veggies out and puree them and add them back in b/c it adds for a thicker soup, but I don't bother w/ that. Also, this soup is not nearly as good w/out the garlic.
