Well, let's be grateful you are getting back to the beginning...and not gaining! I just looked thru the few food journals you have recorded here...and great job on keeping up w/your food journals! This is key, and will help you immensely as you go forward. Every individual is different, but some of the most common recommendations include: limit your artificial sweetners. No more than 3 a day... and for some, hate to say it... 0. Some people just don't lose anything as long as they are still taking in artificial ingredients. (sorry, don't shoot the messenger! LOL!) Induction foods do not include nuts yet. That will come down the road in OWL. But right now, you really need to focus on learning the basics of Induction. Healthy fats, lower your sodium, limit processed meats, go for beef, chicken, pork, fish, eggs, etc... review the proteins available on the Induction Foods list, and try to keep it whole foods. Track your net carbs so you are getting 12-15g's of your 20 total in VEGGIES! And be sure to drink plain water - not flavored, not mixes, etc., just plain regular water... about 1/2 your body weight in water ounces. Ex: 200lbs = 100 water ounces. Plan out your meals/snacks from that food list, and give this a 100% focused effort for the two weeks straight, and see if this doesn't begin to produce better results for you! Don't let this frustrate you... just attack this thing as something to conquer! YOU can do this!!! I have faith in you!
