Damage control after a week of having the flu. I gained 3.5kg with all the meds, food and not going to the gym.
I'm glad I've recovered from the flu :) Will reset my mind today and start over with a low carb day today and a fast day tomorrow.

Most of the weight gain is just undigested food :) I've been eating lots of rice this past few days. Mutton breyani in my home lasts a few days because there's always leftovers to eat. My goal is to hit the 105kg mark before the end of March.
