I've gained a few pounds since christmas and I didn't meet my ultimate goal, but that doesn't mean to stop trying! stay motivated and move!
72.1 kg Lost so far: 11.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
