I find it is so much easier to eat right and not over eat now that I've been recording my food for aprox. a year & a half. I haven't been recording it for 2 or 3 month now, but I still measure what I eat & I make healthier choices. My husband stared to put on some weight over the summer & decided he would try to follow more of my lead & he lost the weight & feels great now that all his clothes fit again. We know if we take care of ourselves now, there will be less doctor bills in the future.
