I knew that it would be much more encouraging to get out of week 2. My dieting is better, my hunger is gone, my cravings are curbed. The only down side is I had a dream about chocolate last night! Wow that stuff is powerful to get you in your sleep! Met a huge milestone! under 300!
135.4 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 69.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
